We do not percribe a very "low-calorie" diet to lose weight then, try to resume "normal eating" habits. Our program allows you to maintain the foods you love while achieving your goals!

 Yes you can lose weight faster on other programs but 99% of the time you will gain it right back. Our  method will allow you to lose/gain weight relatively fast while maintaining “normal” eating habits and foods.

 Our nutrition system is based on your daily needs. This is an easy concept  to understand. We set a daily target of your Macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein, fat), and fiber to hit and as long as those specific numbers are achieved, then food selection is left up to your personal preference. 

Our program and Coaches follow the belief that there are no miracle weight loss foods. No good or bad foods, just macro ratios.

"Macronutrients are what make up the caloric content of a food. Referred to as "macros," the three categories of macronutrients are carbohydrates, fat, and protein. The caloric combination of the macros is where that mysterious total number of calories comes from. Here's the breakdown:

  • 1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories

  • 1 gram of fat = 9 calories

  • 1 gram of protein = 4 calories

Like most Functional Fitness Athlete, I had tried various diets to try to help my performance while getting leaner. I was very disappointed with the lack of results I saw over the few months I tried to do it on my own.
